Late 90s/Early 00s - I have dabbled in performing arts for most of my life. As a child, I participated in kiddie community theatre and even got to star in some commercials for local car dealerships, grocery stores and clothing stores.
2005-2010 - As a young adult, I started chasing the spotlight again. This time, I started with radio commercials and then quickly found a home with Center Stage El Paso, a local community theatre, where we regularly performed to sold out audiences. We also ran the local radio station’s “Christmas House,” which included hosting groups of visitors through the magical Christmas land and singing Christmas carols to them accapella.
Along with voice acting, I am a baritenor and am trained in classical, musical theatre, pop, r&b and rock-style singing.
As a child of immigrants from completely different countries, I have a knack for voices and accents. I can perform in many accents and languages, including: English, Spanish, French, Persian/Farsi, Italian. Accents vary from regional US dialects, UK dialects, nerdy lisps, raspy old brooklyn man, overanimated Mexican cartoon, etc.
I have had lead/co-lead roles in:
Godspell - Extra
You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown - Schroeder
Chicago - Billy Flynn
Everyman - Everyman (EP Community College Theater)
Canterbury Tales - Chaucer/Narrator (EPCC Theater)
Rocky Horror Show - Brad Majors
Nightmare Before Christmas - The Mayor
Fiddler on the Roof - Lazar Wolf
The Last Five Years - Jamie
Guys and Dolls - Angie the Ox (UTEP Dinner Theater)
