Mom’s Fresh Juice

I opened Mom’s Fresh Juice in the spring of 2014 after being inspired by my mother’s [successful] cancer battle, in which she used daily, fresh juices to combat symptoms and side effects of treatment. What started as a six-juice operation out of my tiny apartment kitchen blossomed into a 9-year journey of sharing the health with my community. Over the years, I opened 3 locations and developed over 65 juice recipes, not to mention all the food recipes!

This was the most rewarding and educational experience of my life. [So far…]

I was honored with the 2019 Millennial Entrepreneur of the Year Award by the U.S. Small Business Administration.

Tasks: Top-to-bottom business tasks, from starting a business to closing it and everything that happens in between. — Additionally: recipe development, creative direction, photography, social media management, interior design, light handiwork, customer service/relations, etc.

Along with all that, I also built and maintained our websites and did all the daily purchasing and deliveries.

Juicy Day

From 2018-2021, my company developed a market-ready juice product that was unfortunately derailed due to pandemic side effects. This process led me through learning about large scale distribution, product design, facility buildout, etc.

This product is ready to produce/distribute pending funding. For more info, please email farzadfarrokhnia@gmail.com
